"Christmas Spirit"

I know this is after Christmas, but I thought I would make a few comments on this time of the year. It's a little bit funny how having a "Christmas spirit" works for me. The past few years I have had a feeling inside of me that felt happy and joyful - meaning I had inside me the "Christmas Spirit. But this year it was different. I don't know if it was the lack of snow here in Michigan or what, but I didn't feel this "Spirit". I was a little sad to come to this conclusion because it made me feel that the birth of Jesus Christ came as quickly as it went. Christmas is supposed last forever just like Jesus himself lasts forever in Heaven. I'm a little bit puzzled as to why I did really feel the "Chirstmas Spirit" this year. I guess I will think about that...
